What can I expect for my first training session?

For the first training session, we will have a chat about your current goals, past medical history, and lifestyle habits. We will take measurements for your weight, as well as your body fat percentage.

Then, we will guide you through a simple workout based to assess how your body moves as well as to evaluate your current fitness level. Please come well-hydrated, and consume an energetic meal 2 to 3 hours ahead of your appointment.

What should I bring for my first training session?

You should bring with you a bottle of water (there is a water dispensary at the facility), any protein shake or supplements you are/will be taking, a towel, and a go-getter attitude.

When will I see the results of my training?

This really depends. On average, the personal training client looking to shed fat and add lean muscle by training 2 times per week and following a healthy diet will notice changes in their strength, vitality, as well as aesthetics at around month 3 or 4.
