  • Corrective exercise is the systematic process of identifying a neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction, developing a plan of action, and implementing an integrated corrective strategy.

    For those clients in their post rehab phase of an acute injury, and those with postural distortions from repetitive daily motions (sitting, over head pressing…) can be expected to train following the NASM Corrective Exercise Continuum customized to each client’s needs.
